BimBuy.com Return Policy

Items shipped from BimBuy.com, can be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. All items must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Sellers are required to post any existing damages (cosmetic or otherwise) on used AND new items.

When ordering used items please inspect them immediately upon arrival for damages not originally posted in the item description. In the event that there are damages beyond normal ware and what was originally described, request a refund immediately and be sure to leave a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

The end result of all purchase disputes are concluded by BimBuy.com with fair judgment.


Refund times

Refund times may vary depending on the seller and circumstances surrounding the case. Refund disputes can generally be concluded in 7-10 days, however, can take longer in some cases.


How are items returned?

Returned items may be hand delivered to a BimBuy official by pickup request. There is, however, a ‘Cash on Arrival’ pick up fee for returning the item to the seller. The fee is equal to the original fees paid for the shipment of that item.


Common reasons why refund requests may be rejected

  • Requests made after the 3 day time window will automatically be rejected unless a reasonable explanation is provided for the late request.
  • Requests for items which have been purchased and used for a given time or event will be rejected.
  • Requests for items which show obvious signs of use and ware may be rejected.
  • Requests for items that incurred damages after receipt of shipment may be rejected.
